How long will my order take to deliver ?

Orders of Limited Editions are dispatched within 1-2 business days to UPS. After that, worldwide delivery is 3-5 business days.

Do you accept custom orders ?

I can accomodate request of custom size prints. Custom sizes are limited to 100 copies and will be listed as “Custom order”on the Certificate of Authenticity.

What is the lifespan of my print ?

Guaranteed for 40 years. Fine Art photographs are printed with today’s highest standards and are certified to last in time. Treat your print with respect (no direct sunlight and no humidity) and it will stay brand new for a lifetime.

Wrapping and shipping

Shipped flat in a superb packaging.

What happens if my print is damaged during shipping ?

Send me a photo of the damaged print and you will receive a new one. Since the prints are numbered, you will be asked to destroy the damaged item. Your new print will have the same number.

How long will my order take to deliver?

All prints are made to order, with a production time of a maximum of 5 business days for SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE, and 8 business days for GIANT prints.

Customs & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes and import costs may apply. Customer is responsible to pay those extra charges at delivery.

If you order a print from LOIC KERNEN for delivery to an International Delivery Destinations (outside the European Union), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
